Our Objectives:

Vincent Tran, Associate AIA, NOMA, CSI  |  Principal

Vincent began his architectural education in Saigon Vietnam at the University of Architecture, 1989. In 1994, prior to graduation, he moved to the United States. After obtaining the citizenship in 2000, Vincent attended the University of Florida and earned Master degrees in Architecture and in Urban & Regional Planning. Vincent worked primarily as an independent design consultant prior to joining Wimberly, Allison, Tong and Goo (WATG) in 2007-2008. Before forming Vtarchs, Vincent had been involved in over 2 billion dollars worth of projects highlighted by the master planning of the residential component of the Hulhule resort project in Maldives, a small country in the Indian Ocean. Vincent has been involved with projects in four different continents.

Donald Allison, AIA, LEED AP  |  Vice President, Director of Design

Donald brings over 35 years of experience to VTARCHS. He is a registered architect in the state of Florida. Upon graduation from the University of Florida, Donald moved to Orlando, and began a career which has comprised a wide variety of architectural experience, beginning with Walt Disney World’s WED Division, currently known as Imagineering. This experience led him to work in theme parks including, Sea World, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure Super Hero Island, Disney/MGM Studios, Magic Kingdom, and EPCOT. The project costs ranged from $500,000 remodeling to over $300 million dollars in new construction. Most recently, he has gained experience in hotels and resorts, both nationally and internationally in architecture and interior design.

Jeff Gaither, AIA  |  Vice President, Project Manager

Jeff graduated with a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of South Florida in 2001, after completed his Bachelor degree in Architecture at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 1997. Working with Walt Disney World Facilities and Asset Management, Jeff worked on many renovation projects on Walt Disney World property and gained valuable insight in designing for the guest experience. At Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Jeff served as project manager on many retail, public area and entertainment projects throughout the United States. Project experience includes various retail projects totaling over 10 million square feet of project experience and a mixed-use theme park in Orlando, Florida named Magical Midway. While with Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, Jeff’s experience included hospitality, resort residential, mixed-use entertainment, retail, hotel renovation and brand driven design. Jeff was responsible for complete project coordination, including client contact and business development, through project design and preparation of construction documents for resort hotels, casinos, and hospitality retail. Jeff worked on projects ranging from low key Caribbean hideaways to high rise urban hotels.
